Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help you with a return. V You have 14 days from the moment of the return request to return the product. After 14 days we will no longer accept returns.

Return conditions:

• Please contact us within 14 days of receipt at nynajewellery@hotmail.com to request a return.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging and in saleable condition.
• For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings.

Return shipping and costs:

Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless it is an error on our part or the product is defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Refund:

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will proceed with the refund of the purchase amount. The refund will be processed via the original payment method.
